BEWARE!
Do not trust you will receive a non-defective battery. Search their ratings and you will see they have an abnormally high defective battery percentage and poor customer service to back them up. They do NOTHING to resolve issue other then want YOU to pay MORE money. Do not rely on just my comment, search! You will see!

BTW, I already commented & rated (poorly) about the item I ordered and they removed the comment. They only left my one star company rating because they CAN NOT change that.

BEWARE!!!

Delivered on time..product failed to work with my product.
When I installed the battery into my HP laptop Dv6000, it would not detect the battery at first. I restarted and it still wouldn't detect it. So I'll be shipping it back and buying one from HP directly.

Don't waste your money
I purchased my battery the end of May 2009. By Dec. 2009 the battery did not work properly so I returned it for a replacement. The replacement was completely useless (computer turned off immediately when unplugged). Now they want me to pay to return this replacement in order to get another battery. Unfortunately Amazon will do nothing because their money-back guarantee only lasts 90 days even though this battery came with a 1-year warranty. How many will I have to return before I get a working battery? Trying to decide if it's worth another try after reading these other reviews.
